Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (RPGMC) Tanda, also known as Tanda Medical College, was established in 1996 in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. The college’s history, however, is rooted in a TB sanatorium established in 1958, which was inaugurated by the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad. The medical college was later established to provide quality medical education and healthcare services. It is the biggest hospital in Himachal Pradesh.
